Dear colleagues,

we invite applications for a fully funded PhD position at Universitaet
Hamburg as part of the second phase of the collaborative research center
"Waves to Weather" (http://www.wavestoweather.de). The interdisciplinary
position is at the intersection of meteorology (weather forecasting) and
computer science (visualization, data analysis, data science) and will
be concerned with aspects of 3D atmospheric features and ensemble
uncertainty in numerical weather forecasting. It is a great opportunity
if you are interested in both meteorology and programming and computer
