MetraWeather (a subsidiary of the New Zealand MetService) is an innovative global company with an excellent reputation for forecasting expertise and technical innovation.

We are currently looking for a Meteorologist or a Meteorological and Account manager to join our forecasting team working from your home in the UK.

All our meteorologists work closely with our clients to provide high quality weather forecasts on a range of time scales for a variety of locations and are responsible for the production and verification of forecasts and warnings, the delivery of briefings and consultancy tailored to specific industries.

Whether you are part of a National Meteorological organisation or working for a private weather company, we are looking for someone with well-rounded forecasting experience.

If you have a specific skill in Marine forecasting; have an established aptitude or interest in adding account management duties with your Meteorology, then we are keen to hear from you.

We meet weekly for a group teleconference and monthly in person for a team social day. We are all about enabling individuals to shape their contribution around their interests and inclinations.
