There are many exciting projects that apply Earth Observations to societal issues (air quality, weather, climate) offered by supervisors at University of Leicester in the Department of Physics and Astronomy and the National Centre for Earth Observations. These can be accessed and viewed at http://www.centa.org.uk/themes/climate-environmental-sustainability/ by entering “Leicester” in the search box.
The CENTA DTP also offers cutting edge training in a range of highly sought-after skills that prepare students for careers in multiple sectors.
If you are interested in a potential project, please feel free to contact the project supervisors for more information (contact details available in the project description pages of the CENTA website).
