Dear Colleagues,
we currently have a fix term (3yrs) Assistant Lecturer teaching position (level A) open in our school of Earth, Atmosphere and Environment at Monash University, Melbourne, Australia. Our School has formed a working group to strategically redevelop our undergraduate practical classes/teaching laboratories with the aims of maximising the use of innovative teaching techniques and technologies, enhancing student employability, better aligning the content with our new undergraduate curriculum and providing greater continuity across year levels and across disciplines. As a part of this effort, the Assistant Lecturer is expected to be a member of this project team and will assist in developing the new material. She/He will lead practical classes across both level 1 and level 2, and will aid in the training and development of our sessional staff, and participate in Open Day and enrolment activities.
