There is a position for JRF to work in ISRO sponsored project entitled "Detecting Convective clouds over India using multi-spectral satellite observations and quantifying their variability in changing climate" at Centre for Remote Sensing and Geoinformatics, Sathyabama University.

Educational qualification: MSc/MTech/MPhil in Atmospheric Science/Physics/Environmental Science/Remote Sensing/Geophysics/Geology with NET/GATE or equivalent qualification.

Experience / Desirable: Knowledge in Satellite Remote Sensing,  Atmospheric Process, cloud Physics and climate change studies is desirable. Candidates having experience in FORTRAN Programming, MATLAB, and Grads will be preferred. 

Duration: 3 Years

Salary: Rs 25,000/ -per month + 30% HRA
