at the Atmospheric Science Unit, the Department of Environmental Science and 
Analytical Chemistry. Closing date: 15 September 2016.

The Department of Environmental Science and Analytical Chemistry (ACES) is one 
of the biggest departments at the Faculty of Natural Science with about 220 
employees. The Atmospheric Science Unit (ACESl) has 35 employees with the main 
goal of studying atmospheric processes and assessing the human impact on air 
composition in relationship to air quality, human health, and climate trends.

The Atmospheric Science Unit is seeking an engineer to support laboratory and 
field experimental activities. The engineer will have two main roles: 1) to 
support the atmospheric research activities, 2) to work for the National 
Reference Laboratory. The National Reference Laboratory works on commission by 
the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency to support municipalities, cities, 
and other stakeholders to measure ambient air quality around Sweden in regard 
to European air quality regulations.
