The Centro de Estudios Avanzados en Zonas Áridas (Center for Advanced Studies in Arid Zones, CEAZA), La Serena-Coquimbo, Chile, is currently seeking to appoint two postdoctoral researchers with skills and experience in glaciology, hydrology or climatology to join the glaciology group at CEAZA. They will work within a project funded by the Coquimbo Regional Government, which focuses on evaluating and monitoring water resources from the cryosphere in the semiarid Andes of north-central Chile.

The Center for Advanced Studies in Arid Zones, located in La Serena and Coquimbo - Chile is a scientific consortium, founded in 2003, which is dedicated to studying the impact of climatic and oceanographic variability on the hydrological cycle and biological productivity in the arid zones of Northern-Central Chile.
