Dear Colleagues,

We are seeking an Ocean/Ice Modeller to join the Polar Oceans team at the
British Antarctic Survey. This is a 3-year (initially, but with the
possibility of extension beyond) postdoc position that will work on the ocean
component (NEMO) of the UK Earth System Model. The work will be undertaken in
collaboration with other NEMO developers based at the National Oceanography
Centre, Southampton, and the Met Office, in Exeter, and with other ESM
developers based at the Met Office and the University of Reading. One of the
main aims is the coupling of NEMO to the BISICLES ice sheet model within the
framework of the ESM.

Further details can be found at

https://www.bas.ac.uk/jobs/vacancy/oceanice-modeller-cambridge/

Potential candidates are very welcome to contact me (ajen@bas.ac.uk) with any
questions about the role.

Regards,

Adrian
