Dear Colleagues, Please find attached the description of a research engineer position at the IMFT (Institute of Fluid Mechanics) in Toulouse, France. "Hydrological modelling at the catchment scale: water and sediment transport processes during flash flood events". The position is funded by the RTRA STAE (http://www.fondation-stae.net/). The candidates should have an engineer diploma or equivalent with good knowledge in the field of distributed hydrological modeling and fluvial hydraulics. A good knowledge of the programming language FORTRAN is required. An understanding of sediment transport processes would be appreciated. The successful applicant will be recruited for 18 months.
