The research network will answer fundamental questions about exchanges of carbon dioxide, oxygen, and heat between the atmosphere and the Labrador Sea, in order to improve our understanding of deep convection. The project will involve close collaboration between researchers at the University of Waterloo, McGill University, Memorial University and the University of Alberta.
