Position : Post-Doctoral Research Fellow

Term : 1 year (can be extended to next 2 to 3 years depends upon the performance)

Subject : a) To work on LiDAR – experience with technical and instrumentation and b) Atmospheric dynamics

Brief Requirements :

Atmospheric Remote Sensing is a new group where we are focusing on satellite and ground-based remote sensing for studying atmospheric structure and dynamics. The current post doc position is related to fulfil the above discipline and conduct independent research.  One of the post-doc is more specifically need working experience on the LIDAR (Technical and instrumentation part) and the another one is to work on atmospheric wave dynamics (Gravity waves, Planetary waves and Tides, etc..)

Educational Qualification : Ph. D (Related to above subject/Atmospheric Science/Physics)

The salary follows South Africa university post-doc.
