Postdoctoral Research Position: Atmospheric Chemical Transport Modeling The Department of Earth and Planetary Sciences, Johns Hopkins University invites applications for a post-doctoral research position in atmospheric chemical transport modeling. The successful candidate will participate in NSF and NASA funded projects to examine large-scale tropospheric transport. These projects involve a combination of analysis of trace-gas measurements and chemistry-climate model simulations. An ideal candidate will be a creative independent thinker with a Ph.D. in atmospheric sciences, but applicants in related fields will also be closely considered. Experience with global atmospheric models and/or tropospheric chemistry and transport is advantageous. For further information contact Darryn Waugh (email@example.com). Consideration of applications will begin December 1, 2014. Applications can only be submitted electronically through Interfolio https://secure.interfolio.com/apply/27049. To apply, please submit your curriculum vitae (with your email address), names and emails of three or more references, and a brief statement of your research experience and plans. Johns Hopkins University is an equal opportunities/affirmative action employer. Minorities and women are particularly encouraged to apply.
