Hi,
The UCLA Dept. of Atmospheric and Oceanic Sciences and the University of
Washington School of Oceanography have received a 5-year NSF Collaborative
Research award for assessment of the future evolution of the four Eastern
Boundary Upwelling Systems, including the U.S. West Coast. This project aims
to provide a comprehensive understanding of the consequences of climate
change and its interplay with decadal variability over the coming decades in
coastal upwelling systems. As described in the enclosed PDF, UCLA and UW seek
two
postdoctoral scholars to work on this project, one based at UCLA and one based
at UW.
