UK multi-hazards NERC PhD opportunity - CENTA consortium: Loughborough/Birmingham/BGS Please find below details of a PhD opportunity: "Interacting UK Hazards – Impacts and Origins". The project will involve probabilistically understanding hazards with an industry twist, "Catastrophe modelling", a secondment at Zurich Insurance has been negotiated to access valuable primary data, and active engagement with the British Geological Survey is anticipated. An opportunity to use some novel methods and interesting data. If you are not a student, please pass this on to any prospective students that you think it may interest. Deadline: 31st Jan.
