The Remote Sensing Technology Institute at the German Aerospace Center (DLR) in Oberpfaffenhofen, Germany,
has an open position for a Doctoral Fellow.

The doctoral student will address the development and refinement of novel scientific algorithms for the retrieval of aerosol and trace gases from measurements of the MAX-DOAS spectrometer at the Environmental Research Station Schneefernerhaus. The work is carried out in close cooperation with national and international partners. We offer an excellent research environment, and provide the opportunity to collaborate with leading scientists in the field of
ground- and satellite-based atmospheric remote sensing.
