The Leibniz Institute for Tropospheric Research, Leipzig (TROPOS),
the University of Mainz, Institute of Atmospheric Physics (IPA),
and the Max Planck Institute for Chemistry, Mainz (MPI-C) are
three leading German institutes for atmospheric research.
As part of the European Research Infrastructure IAGOS-CARIBIC
(www.caribic.de) two of the partners are already carrying out
regular aerosol and trace gas measurements using an instrumented
air-freight container on board a passenger aircraft of the German
Lufthansa AG. In order to enhance the measurement capability
of the CARIBIC system, a new aerosol mass spectrometer (AMS)
shall be developed. In this context we offer a

Full Postdoctoral Position    for 30 month (salary level TV-L E13)

to be filled at the earliest, in order to develop and characterize the new instrument.

For more information please have a look into the attachment.
