Dear Colleagues,

I would be most grateful if you could make your final year students aware of
our Masters programme here in Leeds (flyer/poster attached).
The course is specifically designed to provide a springboard for students who
are keen to pursue a research-focussed career (but not necessarily a PhD).

In previous years we have had a very high success rate converting students to
PhD studies, in 2011-12 and 2012-13 all students seeking further studies were
successful.
For students thinking about a PhD in the future this course provides a route to
ensure they give themselves a much stronger chance which it comes to submitting
their applications.

We have a full fees scholarship available also -
http://www.see.leeds.ac.uk/admissions-and-study/masters-degrees/masters-courses/mres-climate-and-atmospheric-science/
 - there is a deadline for our scholarships very soon, 31st May 2013.

Best regards,

Jim McQuaid
