Two post-doctoral researchers and a PhD student are sought for projects
related to surface temperature climatology / remote sensing.

-- Historical Ocean Surface Temperature (HOSTACE)
HOSTACE is a NERC-funded project to re-appraise changes in global ocean
surface temperature since circa 1850. This is a 3 year post, pay scale
£27,854 - £36,298 per annum. Full details at:

There is a funded PhD studentship position on remote sensing aspects of

-- Global Lake Observatory (GloboLakes)
GloboLakes is a NERC-funded multi-disciplinary consortium aiming to
understand changing inland waters around the world. This is a 3 year
