The Graduate Program in Atmospheric Sciences at the
University of Nevada - Reno invites
applications
to our graduate program. The
University of Nevada –Reno, in partnership with the Desert Research Institute,
offers graduate programs in Atmospheric Science leading to M.S. and Ph.D.
degrees with the following specialty areas: air pollution, atmospheric chemistry, cloud and aerosol physics,
instrument development, atmospheric optics and acoustics, mesoscale
meteorology, numerical modeling, fire climatology, remote sensing and other
topics.
Graduate research assistantships are available, as funding allows, for well qualified students at the MS and PhD levels.
