Forwarded from CLIMLIST...

Dr. Marshall Shepherd has a fully-funded research assistantship
available at the University of Georgia to work on a Master's Degree
and thesis project. It is a part of a NASA funded-IDS project with
NASA-GSFC, NASA-MSFC, Columbia University and the University of
Maryland to look at urban effects on climate in the United States.
This particular project requires someone interested in urban climate,
mesoscale models (specifically WRF), and interdisciplinary work.
There is still time to apply for our graduate program for Fall 2013,
but you must be able to get accepted by our Department and UGA.

Feel free to contact Dr. Shepherd for more details (<>)
