Research Cluster Interests include. (Full list on job details)

 

•             Climate change modelling and impacts on physical and human systems, including health, water and landscape

•             Earth surface process dynamics, mechanisms and interactions

•             Environmental change  and impacts on various timescales from  individual events to the Quaternary

 

You will deliver internationally excellent research in the Earth Surface Dynamics research cluster.

You will be a forward-thinking physical geographer / environmental scientist who can complement our existing strengths

in climate change and impacts, environmental change and human interactions, process dynamics and sediment systems.

 

You should have a PhD in an appropriate area and relevant teaching experience in higher education.

 

Applications from specialists in natural hazards are particularly encouraged to apply.

 

This is a permanent post which will be available from 1 December 2012.
