[Met-jobs] Post-Doctoral Associate – Air Quality Modeling
Post-Doctoral Associate – Air Quality Modeling
The Computational Chemodynamics Laboratory (CCL)* has an immediate opening for a Post-Doctoral Associate to pursue research in the area of air quality modeling, with focus on photochemical air pollution from regional to local scales. Experience with CMAQ (Community Multiscale Air Quality model) and related pre-processors and post-processors is required. Any experience with additional tools for atmospheric modeling (such as AERMOD, HPAC, RAMS/HYPACT, MM5, SMOKE, QUIC, etc.) will be considered a plus.
The Post-Doctoral Fellowship is for one year, renewable for up to three years and carries an annual stipend of $42-54,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
*CCL is a research unit of the Environmental and Occupational Health Sciences Institute (EOHSI). EOHSI is a Joint Institute of Rutgers University and UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. For more information about CCL, please visit http://ccl.rutgers.edu
