[Met-jobs] PhD studentships in atmospheric chemistry (U. Edinburgh)

The Earth Observation and Tropospheric Chemistry Group at the University of Edinburgh (http://www.geos.ed.ac.uk/research/eochem) is offering three PhD studentship projects in atmospheric chemistry for 2012 entry:

1) Forest fires and global atmospheric chemistry.

2) Oceanic fluxes of very short-lived (VSL) halocarbons and their subsequent atmospheric chemistry and transport.

3) What drives emissions of isoprene in the tropics?
[Half-funded between Edinburgh and Macquarie University, Australia]

Applicants (restricted to UK citizens) should have an upper second class or first class degree in atmospheric physics/chemistry or one of the physical sciences.
