The following PhD Projects in Earth Observation Science are available at Department of Physics and Astronomy at University of Leicester:

 

- Bridging Between Clouds and Precipitation with Millimetre Space-borne Radars : Results from the CloudSat and Potential of the EarthCARE Mission

- 3D Chemical and Aerosol Imaging of Fugitive Emissions  (CASE Studentship with Infoterra UK Ltd)

- Monitoring Air-quality Over the Amazon Basin: Are Rainforest Environments Really Clean?

- Tropical Rainforests : How Do Biogenic Organic Compounds Escape from Them into the Atmosphere?
